Domestic orders: Shipped via DPD
International orders: Shipped via Deutsche Post
Orders to Russia/China: Shipped via PostNL (without track & trace due to excessive costs for track & trace)

To guarantee the lowest costs we currently only ship orders out in bulk, this means that sometimes your order can take a bit longer to ship out.

We ship orders together by default if you order multiple items. If the items were bought separately we will refund you the excess shipping cost. (For example if you pay 7 euro in shipping for 2 separate items, thus 14 euro's in total. If our actual shipping cost for shipping both orders together is 8 euro's we will refund you 6 euro's to the paypal account you paid with)

All orders are shipped with tracking if possible

Order items in separate orders = we will ship together if possible and refund you the excess shipping cost

Please keep in mind that shipments to almost every location do have a chance of being delayed significantly due to limited transport availability.

VINYL ONLY: Shipped from a fulfillment center in Poland via Registered Priority Post/UPS/FedEx depending on location/order quantity

Currently we only use this fulfillment center for vinyl orders, so these cannot be shipped together with cassette/minidisc/CD orders at the moment.

If you receive a significantly damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address below and we'll do our best to help.
