Australian artist Boyhouse recorded this EP during 2018 while staying at his university accommodation, as such one of the major themes found in the record is uni angst.

It is also reminiscing of the early works of garage rock legends Arctic Monkeys, while it has the lo-fi charm of Car Seat Headrest. The music has a very raw feeling to it which is becoming increasingly rare in the current music landscape.
